Submission of Papers

All submissions are to be made electronically in PDF (Adobe's Portable Document Format) or PS. Accompanying images or animations (not more than a minute in length) may be also submitted along with the paper. However this material should be viewable with either Quicktime Player or Windows Media Player.

For this symposium it is possible to present a full-paper or display-paper.

Accepted full-papers will appear in the proceedings, which will be published by the IEEE Computer Society. With the paper submission, you agree to pay the registration fee (or a reduced registration fee if your registration form is received on or before the early registration date) and published papers must be presented by at least one of the authors.

Accepted display-papers will be displayed as posters that will be exhibited on a display board. The author is expected to help with this process and be available during certain period at the foyer to answer delegates' questions if any. Abstracts of the poster will be published in THE BOOK OF ABSTRACTS, and must be presented by at least one of the authors.

Reviewing is applied for all the material submitted. The final manuscripts for full papers are expected to be not more than 6 pages - up to 4 excess pages may be purchased and is set by the publisher at 25 GBP per page.

Please note the final camera ready must be submitted in electronic format only. Paper submissions are accepted but it is subject to scanning cost of $15 usd per page - this is set by the publisher.

Once your paper is accepted. You will receive the Author kit that will include details of how to submit camera ready - paper format - copyright form from IEEE Computer Science Society.
